Rachel Couture cosmetics follows the evolution of Rachel, a flower child, who was born and raised in San Francisco in the 1970s. She is the girl-next-door who has an affinity for all things nature. She has a love and appreciation for essential oils, products that aren't tested on animals, and color whether in fashion couture or cosmetic couture. This line of cosmetics was created with girls and women in mind, setting trends while staying true to nature's gifts.

Rachel Couture follows the evolution Rachel experiences with self-love and exploration of color through makeup from her early teens through late 20s. Rachel Couture is made with all vegan ingredients that are infused with floral extracts. Essential oils and extracts have been used for thousands of years not only for medicinal purposes but also to create beauty products.
